Menu Struggle

I say, "back to basics!" Can I put in a vote for old fashioned rib-eyes, or Noo Yawk steaks, grilled carefully with a distinctive rub? Slathered with sauteed mushrooms and butter?

If we are going back to the basics, (and I agree with the steak concept) a mixed grill night might be in order. And certainly ribs.

Tri-tip is always good. In fact, I am well known for my tri-tip.
