The Men's Retreat

We are about a month out from the next TMR™ and I am here on my deck enjoying a martini that my wife made for me while the coals get ready for the steaks and asparagus. We have a Turley zin waiting for later.

What else would go through my mind at a time like this then TMR™?

So we should begin the regular meal debate (which generally ensues in us forgetting what we had planned and going to Soto's to get something dead for the grill).

My first salvo is to let Patten redo his rotisserie chicken and potatoes that Steve screwed up by not placing the potatoes low enough below the birds.

Also, I can make a Bobby Flay yellow pepper saffron sauce to go with the salmon.
